Our Policy

All Heralds of Freedom merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printful. Because each item is custom produced specifically for you when you place your order, our return and refund policy reflects this.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

What We Accept

We accept return and refund requests in the following situations:

  • Defective or damaged items — If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please submit a claim within 30 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.

  • Wrong item received — If you received an item different from what you ordered we will send the correct item or issue a full refund. Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.

  • Lost packages — If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

What We Do Not Accept

Because all products are made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Buyer's remorse — you changed your mind after placing the order

  • Wrong size ordered — please check our size guide carefully before ordering

  • Wrong color or style selected — please review your order carefully before submitting

  • Items that have been used or washed

How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund or replacement for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Visit heraldsoffreedom.com/help and fill out the contact form

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item

  • Submit your claim within 30 days of receiving your order

  • We will respond within 48 hours and work with Printful to resolve your issue as quickly as possible

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Donations

All donations made to Heralds of Freedom Inc. are non-refundable unless made in error. If you believe a donation was made in error please contact us within 7 days at heraldsoffreedom@gmail.com and we will review your request.

Shipping

  • We ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping times vary by product and location. Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days after production.

  • Production time is typically 2–7 business days before shipping.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Size Guide
